High quality heat gun by LUND for removing paint and varnish coatings, forming and shrinking with hot air. Also suitable for soldering and welding. Ergonomic, soft handle and small dimensions make work much easier. The tool has two levels of work intensity.
Purpose / Application
Removing old paints and varnishes
The heat gun, thanks to the hot air stream, facilitates the removal of thick layers of oil and resin paints from doors, windows,
floors, paneling, furniture, etc. Using interchangeable tips from the set (triangular scraper, handles with tips through the heat gun)
makes it even easier to do such work.
Soldering
The heat gun allows soldering with a tin alloy (60% Sn 40% Pb) or special solder with a melting temperature of 400ºC, e.g. copper pipes, water pipes, metal stands, etc. Depending on the needs, the use of additional nozzles (round or rectangular) can reduce the heated surface.
welding
It is also possible to weld plastic parts with the use of welding strips for various types of repairs
plastic products. However, it is recommended to entrust such activities to specialists.
drying
The heat gun also allows quick drying of binders and body fillers, drying of paint samples, construction joints before laying soundproofing - sealing materials, drying of joints and gaps in boatbuilding, drying of polyester putty.
