Solder with flux solder produced in the first melt of tin and lead in accordance with the standard PN EN 29453: 2000, in a continuous casting process without air access, then extruded, which eliminates the occurrence of oxides. A binder with a thickness of 2.5 mm and a weight of 500 g, a tin content in the product in the range of: 59.5% to 60.5%, and a melting temperature in the range of 183 ° C to 190 ° C. The SW26 flux is based on rosin and organic halogen activator, which after soldering is "tied" in rosin, so it does not have direct contact with solder and does not cause corrosion, and also facilitates melting and increases the liquidity of solder.
Purpose / Use
The solder is mainly used in the electronics industry, for the production of standard electronic equipment and components, and electrical engineering.
